I got tape-ins from them a few months ago, I'm in NorCal and it was pretty quick. Maybe 5-7 days? I think it depends on what you order though.

They usually have a pretty standard return window, I think it's like 7 or 14 days after you get it, as long as it's still in new condition. Check their site for the exact wording.
